Return and Credit Policy

We want you to love every piece you get from JLJ Collective Wear, but we get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. While we don’t offer refunds, we’ll gladly provide store credit for any returns that meet the following conditions:


  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
  • Item Condition: All returned items must be unworn, with tags still attached, and free from any damages, stains, pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

  • Store Credit: Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll issue store credit to be used on your next purchase.
